Meet the Team Behind the Reset

"Most teams don't need another motivational speaker. They need someone who can get them to stop, breathe, and actually feel the room again."

GenWell™ is:

A structured sensory reset system for corporate teams

A methodology refined across 100+ organisations in Singapore

A partner that helps teams reset, reconnect, and perform, not just for an afternoon, but back at work the next morning

Glenn Poh

Founder of GenWell™

I’m Glenn Poh, founder of Genwell and Singapore’s Sensory Reset Specialist for corporate teams.

I spent 25 years across three very different careers before building Genwell. I started in the Republic of Singapore Air Force, where performance under pressure was the baseline. I moved into corporate banking and tech sales, where I watched high-performing teams run on empty and call it normal. Then I did something no one in my circle expected: I left corporate and started a gemstone pushcart at Bugis Junction.

That pushcart became Gemstory, and over 12 years it evolved from retail into something I hadn’t planned: a structured methodology for helping people reset through sensory engagement. I kept seeing the same pattern. When you slow someone down, engage their senses with natural materials, and give them a structured moment of pause, something measurable shifts. Shoulders drop. Focus returns. Teams that arrived disconnected start talking to each other differently.

Today, Genwell works with organisations like Singapore Airlines, UOB, Deloitte, and the Ministry of Home Affairs to deliver that shift at scale. Every session is built on two proprietary frameworks: the 5+1 Senses Reset (Sight, Touch, Smell, Sound, Speech, and Intuition) and the ReAlign method (Reset, Awareness, Balance, Action).

From 90-minute team sessions to the immersive 2-day Harmony Within Leadership Reset, I work with HR Directors, L&D Managers, and senior leaders to design programmes that address burnout, disengagement, and team disconnection at the source, not the surface.

Most teams don’t need more motivation. They need to reset. That’s what I built Genwell to do.

Janice Poh

Experiential Wellness Manager/Master Facilitator

I’m Janice, a wellness facilitator at Genwell, where I co-deliver sensory reset experiences for corporate teams and private groups across Singapore.

I work alongside Glenn and the Genwell team to facilitate hands-on sessions including AromaGems Mist blending, Gem Canvas Art, and WearWell Bracelet Story experiences. My focus is on creating structured, comfortable environments where participants can step out of work mode and engage with something different, using their hands, their senses, and their own reflection.

I’m also the creator of The Art of Purposeful Collage, a guided visual reflection programme now used in corporate team wellness sessions. It combines image selection, colour, and creative composition to help participants process, express, and reconnect through a structured creative activity. It works particularly well for teams that don’t typically engage with traditional wellness formats, because it gives people a way to reflect without having to talk first.

Our Freelance Wellness Facilitators

Our Freelance Wellness Facilitators

Wellness Community

Genwell’s facilitators are trained to deliver structured sensory reset experiences for corporate teams of every size. Each facilitator brings a specific skill set, from essential oil blending and gemstone-based reflection to guided creative activities, but they all work from the same methodology: the 5+1 Senses Reset framework and the ReAlign method.

Their role is not to motivate or inspire. It is to create the conditions where teams can genuinely pause, recalibrate, and return to work with more clarity. Whether it’s a 20-person team session or a 200-person event activation, the facilitation is consistent, professional, and built around your organisation’s objectives.

Our Past Interns

Our Past Interns

Internship Program

At GenWell, we’ve also been proud to support youth through our internship programs with various polytechnics. Our interns brought fresh energy, creativity, and curiosity into the space, while we provided a conducive learning environment where they could explore, contribute, and grow. Beyond hands-on experience, it was about nurturing confidence, collaboration, and purpose — reminding them, and us, that wellness is also about learning and growing together.
