It all started humbly, with pushcarts at Bugis Junction and Chinatown Point.
I stood by every crystal and gemstone, sharing stories with each passerby. These were the days of genuine connection — where every smile, every conversation, and every crystal gifted was about more than retail. It was about sparking joy, healing, and heartfelt bonds.

From pop-ups to our first shophouse space at Mohd Sultan Road, the journey deepened.
Here, I began offering private consultations, creating intimate spaces where individuals could open up and reconnect with themselves through crystals and mindful practices.
We also expanded into corporate events and ran pop-up sales booths at malls — sharing Gemstory’s energy with a wider community.
👉 These years were about growth, expansion, and learning how to serve both individuals and groups.

We entered the retail world more fully, with spaces at Shaw Towers and later Bras Basah Complex. These were vibrant, bustling chapters filled with endless stories, workshops, and smiles.

But something more began to stir — a shift from just retail to experiences.

• We launched experiential workshops like AromaGems Mist, Gem Canvas Art, and WearWell Bracelet Story Sessions.

• We began offering corporate workshops, bringing wellness directly into company premises to support employees’ balance and well-being.

• This grew into mobile experiential wellness — carrying the Gemstory experience into offices, events, retreats, and schools.

Slowly, Gemstory became more than a shop — it became a sanctuary and a traveling companion, bringing mindful experiences wherever people needed them most.
