How many participants can your booths support?
Our booth experiences can support events ranging from 50 to 500+ participants through scalable setups and multiple engagement stations.
How long does each booth experience take?
Most booth interactions are designed to take between 5 and 10 minutes per participant, allowing for smooth crowd flow and high engagement throughout the event.
Can booth experiences be branded for our event?
Yes. We can customise labels, packaging, signage, messaging, and participant experiences to align with your organisation’s branding and event objectives.
Can GenWell conduct programmes at our office or venue?
Yes. We are fully mobile and regularly conduct programmes at offices, hotels, retreat venues, conference centres, schools, community spaces, and event venues throughout Singapore.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking 4 to 8 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and allow sufficient time for customisation and preparation. However, we may be able to accommodate shorter timelines depending on availability.
Do you provide facilitators and event manpower?
Yes. All experiences include trained facilitators who guide participants, manage logistics, and ensure a smooth event experience from start to finish.
Do participants get to bring something home?
Most of our experiences include a personalised keepsake created by the participant, such as an AromaGems Mist, wellness roll-on, gemstone artwork, bracelet, or other customised wellness item.
Are your experiences suitable for all age groups?
Yes. We regularly conduct programmes for corporate teams, community groups, schools, families, and seniors. Activities can be adapted according to the audience profile.
Are the essential oils safe to use?
We use quality essential oil blends and provide guidance on safe usage. Participants with allergies, sensitivities, pregnancy considerations, or specific medical concerns should inform us before the session so we can advise accordingly.
Do participants need to prepare anything before attending?
No preparation is required. We provide all materials, tools, and facilitation needed for the experience.
